These edible nests are super easy to make and really fun to give away for Easter. Everyone gets a kick out of them.
How to make edible nests:
In a large glass bowl place 1 package (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 package (12 oz.) butterscotch chips. Microwave on high until the chips are half melted ( 2 minutes in my little microwave). The residual heat will continue to melt the chips. Stir until smooth. Stir in about 8 oz. of pretzel sticks that have been broken up a bit . Make sure all the pretzel pieces are coated with the chocolate mixture. Using two spoons shape into nests on waxed paper lined cookie sheets. While wet place mini-chocote eggs in nest( these are Brach's chocolate eggs). Let harden in cool place (the counter on a cool day, the frig on a warm one)...chow mein noodles can be used in place of pretzels.
